This is Lorrie Jean and you have found one of my sites~~ JoyandLight.com~~ This is one of the places I will share with you spiritual information and resources and maybe even… help you along your spiritual journey. This site is one of the effects of a Long journey I’ve walked to find Answers, from the age old answers of life, to what in the world was going on with me and WHY! Why did I feel what someone else was feeling, was I loosing it? How did I know something would happen? What’s the purpose? Along the way I’ve learned a couple of things… I’ve made lots of mistakes, I’ve learned some awesome information, found great resources, met incredible visionaries, psychics, healers and beautiful souls. Now it’s time to share some of what I’ve learned with you. It is my hope that this site helps you in finding your truth, your light and your JOY. Before we go any further—

I’m one of those “Psychic Kids” except- I’m grown up and a mother now. When I was growing up I was very telepathic, Psychic, and what is called an empath that means I had the ability to literally “FEEL” what someone was going through. When I was 15 I decided enough of this! People are so negative and I don’t want to know anything anymore! ( It did not help that my church said what I could do was not of God and might even be of the Devil– Yikes) When I turned 23 I felt my life had completely collapsed all around me …. life for me became very unbearable yet, with a small child I felt I had no choice but to make life work somehow. (Insert Video Here) After my life fell apart— I started praying and meditating as much as possible. I had herd that this is a way to become enlightened and find THE Answers. Was I ever determined— I read everything I could get my hands on about spirituality and enlightenment. An interesting thing happened. The more I meditated and learned about spirituality… All the gifts I held as a child started to come back. Very quickly, I started knowing what people were thinking, feel how they felt and knew what was about to happen or could happen. I knew how they felt, I was so sensitive I would only go grocery shopping at night because there were less people. Unfortunately, it started to become difficult for me to be around large groups or very negative people. Now

Cross Roads
I felt like I needed to Stop Meditating, Praying or I needed to learn about my gifts. (They didn’t feel like gifts though) Back then the internet was very small. It was a happy day if you herd “You got Mail” and It was difficult to find out what was happening where to learn or what to do… At crossroads: I was not sure what to do. Fortunately, I was guided to spiritual Teachers and gifted souls who could help me on my path. (I also found some very unscrupulous, misleading and inaccurate information. I still find this information more easily than I find accurate information. (this is one of the reasons Why this website is here today.)

Honestly, part of this site is selfish, to save time and energy. I often receive phone calls asking to repeat various techniques, teachings and information. I am hopeful this site will help those I may never meet and saves me from repeating myself at the same time! Asking for your Input: I would be grateful for feedback and questions about what you want to know about. Regarding spiritual growth and development. By asking a question on this site or adding your comments you are helping others who may be searching for the same information or may be too shy to ask. No question is to simple or to advanced. Many “Simple” or even silly questions can really be the most profound. I will be sharing many different healing mortality’s, teachings and techniques obviously I have my favorites but, I’ll try to maintain a somewhat objective point of view for you. Different paths resonate to different souls. Perhaps our paths resonate~~~ if so, I look forward to working with you and maybe meet you one day soon.
